I spotted an albino deer on august 27 2012 while returning from Wabasca
Alberta. Most accounts that I’ve read have described them as looking like mule deer, but this one looked much more like a white tail. Can you tell me what the population density of albino deer is in Canada?

I have no idea. Much as I call it an albino dear, in the few years it’s been around, the white fur has grown less prominent. The last time I saw it, it had as much brown as white.
