I've been force to move to TD in Toronto since Citizensbank is closing down in couple of months. So sad. I wanted to go to Alterna, any Ontario credit union really, but couldn't. Why is this? Why can't Vancity teach Ontario credit unions how to be successful financially and offer great service and rates???? Why? Alterna is way behind Vancity in terms of services and professionalism.
