		<description>Thanks Chris - this is just the worst case I&#039;ve heard in so long, and is all so needless - The family will likely win the appeal according to what I&#039;ve read, but they should never have been forced to press it that far to get their rights. Fingers crossed EFCA gets through in the UK and helps workers in some of these stripped-to-the-bone sectors get some more clout at work and stop this kind of thing happening before it gets this far out of hand.</description>
