It seems Larry O’Brien is figuring that if he sells off enough City of Ottawa assets, he’ll be able to freeze property taxes. CBC Ottawa story says so.
Yep. Just keep selling stuff. That’ll do the trick. Sure. What happens when there’s nothing left to sell?
